Why We Lead With Minibuses

Most group journeys in Britain involve between eight and nineteen people. Not forty-nine. Those journeys need a vehicle that can reach a residential street, a hotel door or a hall entrance, and they need a price that does not change when two people pull out the night before. So we built the fleet around minibuses and quote per vehicle rather than per head.

Coaches sit at the back of our list, kept for the rare booking that genuinely outgrows nineteen seats. If a minibus is the wrong answer for what you are planning, we will tell you that instead of selling you one.

Four Things We Are Strict About

• Luggage is counted, not guessed: every size lists a real figure in large cases, so a group of sixteen with sixteen suitcases gets pointed at the high-roof 17-seater.
• Drivers are ours: PCV-licensed, DBS-checked, regularly medicalled, and usually the same face on a repeat booking.
• The quote is the invoice: driver, fuel, VAT, insurance and tolls are inside it. Nothing appears afterwards.
• Airport timing comes from the arrival board: a delayed inbound is our problem, and the first hour after touchdown is free.

The Rules We Work To

Vehicles: DVSA-compliant and inspected on schedule. Hire terms: four-hour minimum, stated up front rather than buried. Paperwork: operator licence, insurance schedule and DBS certificates sent with the confirmation, not on request.
