What We Ask For

A name, a way of reaching you, and the addresses the vehicle needs to visit. Our servers also log an IP address and browser type, which we keep for security and to see which pages are working.

What We Do With It

Confirm the hire, give the driver the addresses, take payment, answer you when something changes, and keep the records HMRC and our insurers require. We do not sell it to anyone.

Getting It Back or Getting It Deleted

UK GDPR gives you the right to see your data, correct it, export it or have it erased. Email booking@greenwaycoachservices.co.uk and we will act within thirty days.
