Hire Terms — Greenway Coach Services Limited United Kingdom

The conditions a minibus hire runs under across the United Kingdom, in plain words.

When These Apply

From the moment a booking is confirmed. They cover private individuals as well as schools, clubs and companies hiring a minibus or coach through us.

What You Are Hiring

A vehicle with one of our PCV-licensed drivers on it, for the period stated on your confirmation. We do not offer self-drive. The minimum time-based hire is four hours; airport transfers are priced per journey instead.

What We Need From You

Accurate addresses, an honest headcount and bag count, and everyone at the pickup point on time. Waiting beyond the booked slot is charged in quarter-hour blocks at the rate printed on your confirmation.

Calling It Off

Cancel more than 48 hours before the pickup and nothing is owed. Inside 48 hours a charge applies, because by that point the vehicle and driver are committed to you.
