Most of our limo work is proms, 18ths, 40ths and wedding-day guest runs. Tell us the pickup, the venue and the headcount and we will send back a single all-in figure with the chauffeur, mileage and waiting time already in it.

Stretch limousines seating 6 to 8, Hummer and Escalade limos seating 8 to 16, party buses seating 16 to 30, and executive saloons for one or two people.

How the limo price works

Same rule as the minibuses: one figure for the vehicle with the chauffeur, the fuel and the insurance inside it. Licensed chauffeurs, vehicles cleaned between jobs, and a four-hour minimum. Ring 442046527305 and we will price it.

Questions people ask about limos

What does a limo package actually include?

Chauffeur, fuel, mileage on the agreed route, VAT and up to three hours of vehicle time. Packages start around £395 for a stretch limo. There is no per-head charge, so eight people pay the same as four.

Party bus or stretch limo — which suits a bigger group?

Above ten people the party bus wins. It seats 16 along the sides, everyone can stand up and talk, and it stays one vehicle. A stretch limo tops out at eight comfortably, so eleven guests means two cars and two prices.

Can the same vehicle do a return leg later that night?

Yes, and it is cheaper than two separate bookings. We hold the vehicle and chauffeur for the gap. Tell us the pickup window when you book and we will quote the round trip as one job.

Who checks the chauffeur for a school prom booking?

Every chauffeur on a prom or under-18 job holds an enhanced DBS certificate and a current private-hire licence. Send us the school or parent contact and we will email the paperwork through directly.

How far ahead should proms and 18ths be booked?

Prom season is late June and early July, and the good vehicles go six to eight weeks out. Saturday nights in December are similar. Off-peak midweek, a week is usually plenty.

Can you dress a limo for a wedding?

Ribbons and bows in your colours come as standard, fitted before the vehicle leaves the depot. Flowers on the bonnet we will happily install if your florist supplies them.
